Where to buy Air Jordan 1 Low True Blue shoes? Pricing and more details explored

As 2022 draws to a close, Michael Jordan’s shoe brand is gearing up for the year after with a brand new Air Jordan 1 Low “True Blue” colorway. These understated tonal pairs will feature blue and cement gray genuine leather elements.

This new variation of the Air Jordan 1 Low silhouette is expected to hit the footwear market around Summer 2023. These two-tone AJ1s will be available for purchase in different sizing options, including adult and elementary school variants.

While the former will sell for $110, the latter will drop with a price tag of $90 a pair. Shoppers can easily purchase them from Nike’s online and physical stores and its affiliated outlets.

Since its debut in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 Low has worn a variety of notable color combinations.

In previous months, the sneaker community had already embraced “Sports spice,” “Unity“, “Chocolate Brown/Violet” and “UNC”, alongside the Eastern Golf collaborative sneaker design. For the coming year, the shoe will be dressed in a “True Blue” outfit.

The official Jordan Brand website mentions the history of the legendary first signature shoe:

“You could say that Michael Jordan was the genesis of basketball as we know it today. Throughout a spirited and storied career, the tireless MJ overcame his obstacles, rising above of challenge after challenge to achieve the unexpected.”

The story on the site continues:

“Along the way, he redefined basketball’s relationship to style, the sport’s connection to the youth counterculture, and the game’s creative potential.”

The silhouette, which is leather as usual, gets a minimal makeover in true blue, cement gray and white. The mudguards, eyelets, collar areas, and heel counters are all crafted from genuine blue leather, while the toe box and midfoot panel are accented in white.

Here, the gray tongue flap is adorned with a set of tonal blue lace that ends just below the embroidered Jumpman emblem that joins the true blue side. The Nike Swoosh around the midfoot area and the mesh insole both feature additional Cement Gray accents, but the surrounding insole is truly Blue. These are adorned with pristine white Jumpman logos.

The Air Jordan Wings emblem is stitched onto the heel in white, piercing through the blue leather for the decorative branding element.

Completing the aesthetic is a crisp white AJ 1 midsole, which is bonded to a cement gray rubber outsole to complete the style.

In Summer 2023, the Air Jordan 1 Low True Blue is expected to go on sale at Nike and select Jordan Brand stores online and offline. Men’s sizes will sell for $110, while GS sets will also be available for $90.

Jordan officials can also sign up on the official Nike website to receive timely updates and information on this upcoming launch.
