While sustainability and eco-friendly approaches may seem like marketing words and buzzwords in the age of consumer goods, many shoe brands have chosen to go about it in more subtle ways. We can definitely give Nike credit on that front based on their growing Next Nature series as well as other fun design capsules like the Sun Club because they just provide the shoes we want while carrying the added responsibility of themselves.
For those who prefer the basic, clean look of the Air Force 1s, Nike have created a number of these simple two-tone looks of white body AF1s with color accents on the Swoosh and heel tab. Joining the already-revealed varsity blue and tan is this bright lime hue that leans more towards a soft feel rather than a sharp one. The rest of the shoes are standard, with glowing neon insoles officially marking them as a Next Nature drop.
These will likely be released on Nike.com for women very soon, so stay tuned for updates; store links will be added as they arrive.
